In 2012, Charlene Bowden, conducted a radio interview with three women for the It's Just Us Radio Show. The conversation and emotions that transpired during the interview prompted Charlene and audio producer, Robert Williams, to explore the possibility of giving listeners an opportunity to see the dynamics that occur during the radio interviews. Later that year, a talk show was conceived.

 

Plans were underway to seek funding and a production team. In May of 2013, all of the pieces came together and several segments of the It’s Just Us Talk Show were filmed.

 

The It’s Just Us Talk Show is hosted by Charlene Bowden. In the initial pilot, Charlene is joined by guest co-hosts, Samantha "Sam" Welton and Lauren Lopez de Azua, for their "check-in" session; a special time when the ladies come together to discuss hot topics or to share the happenings in their lives. Future broadcasts will include, but are not limited to, guest interviews, town hall meetings, artist performances, and business owners demonstrating their products and services. In addition, the show will capture “On Location” segments.

 

The Talk Show will further the mission of the It's Just Us brand, "celebrating ordinary people doing great things and great people doing every day, ordinary things."
